History (Web-Warriors I#5) - "Spider-Man" was observed in the Web of Life and Destiny when Earth-001's Master Weaver was discussing with the Web-Warriors how all the Spider-totems were connected.

(Web-Warriors I#9 (fb) - BTS) - After the Web-Warriors became lost in the Multiverse and the Web of Life and Destiny tangled, Earth-001's Master Weaver and Earth-1104's Octavia Otto-1104 explored the tangled Great Web to assemble a new team to help find the Web-Warriors and stop the Multiversal Electroverse from escaping their imprisonment on Earth-803. "Spider-Man" was one which they recruited.

(Web-Warriors I#10) - "Spider-Man" and the rest of the assembled army traveled to Earth-803 and fought against the Electroverse.

Comments: Created by Mike Costa, David Baldeon, Walden Wong and Roberto Poggi.

This character was never identified but his general design is of Luke Cage during his Power-Man years with a Spider-Man mask and logo. Whether he has Spider-Man's powers, Luke Cage's powers or both is unrevealed.
He appears to be a counterpart of Luke Cage more than Peter Parker. Presumably, no matter whose powers (or a combo of both) that he possesses, he would still be a human mutate of some sort. --Proto-Man

"Spider-Man"'s physical stats are based on Luke Cage of 616.
Additionally, his eye color was impossible to determine, as he was never seen without a mask on. --Proto-Man
