Powers/Abilities/Functions: The Seismo-Recorder was a massive computerized device designed to monitor seismic vibrations in order to provide warnings of earthquakes. Because of the tremors caused by many of the Hulk's destructive attacks, the device also gave clues as to his whereabouts.

History:
(Incredible Hulk II#128) - As the Hulk caused destruction underground, the Seismo-Recorder followed his path of destruction as technicians recorded the seismic readings of the Hulk's actions. The technicians informed General Thaddeus Ross and Major Glenn Talbot that the data indicated the Hulk was heading directly towards the San Andreas Fault, which could cause a massive earthquake.
