Powers/Abilities: Dr. Yesenia Rosario is a talented scientist who is an exceptional polymath, with expertise in the areas of cognition, artificial intelligence, and robotics. She personally designed the polyphasic remote neural net dual transponder, or Polly, which can download human consciousness into a digital. Meant to be used in work with humans with memory issues, the Polly once switched the minds of Spider-Man and Ms. Marvel for a time. After exposure to the Isotope Genome Accelerator, Rosario briefly developed the "embiggening" powers of Ms. Marvel in one of her hands, but this was likely a temporary effect.

(Marvel Team-Up IV#1/2 (fb) - BTS) - Yesenia Rosario attended Coles
Academic High School in Jersey City, New Jersey. She competed with
Peter Parker, from New York City, in the Tri-State Ultra Mega Science
Fair, and the two became long time friends. After graduating, Rosario
focused her research in a number of areas, and she became known as a
polymath, focusing on cognition, artificial intelligence, and robotics,
as well as her work in bioethics. Over time, she developed technology
that could download someone's consciousness and memories into an
electronic format.
(Marvel Team-Up IV#1/1 (fb) - BTS) - When Rosario was invited to be the keynote speaker at the Technology and Innovation Expo at Empire State University, Parker was invited to introduce her before her speech. Before her speech, she spilled coffee on her shirt, and put on a lab coat to cover it. In time, she developed "Polly," or the polyphasic remote neural net dual transponder, which would store memories and allow them to be re-experienced by patients suffering from Alzheimer's and dementia.
(Marvel Team-Up IV#3 (fb) - BTS) - Rosario saw a presentation by Curt Connors on the Isotope Genome Accelerator.
(Marvel Team-Up IV#1/1) - Rosario saw Parker and confessed how nervous she was, then Peter introduced her. As Rosario started her speech, the Jackal approached her on stage, holding the Polly device, and Spider-Man and Ms. Marvel rushed in to stop him, with Ms. Marvel focusing on getting Rosario to safety.
(Marvel Team-Up IV#1/2) - Rosario, refusing to let her work be in the hands of a villain, activated a self-destruct failsafe.
(Marvel Team-Up IV#1/1) - Spider-Man grabbed the Polly device and it activated, switching the minds of he and Ms. Marvel.
(Marvel Team-Up IV#2 (fb) - BTS) - Rosario was apprehended by the Jackal.
(Marvel Team-Up IV#2) - Rosario was tied up in a chair as Jackal plotted.
(Marvel Team-Up IV#3 (fb) - BTS) - Rosario watched helplessly as Jackal began stealing all her files, ranting about how he wanted to use her tech to upload minds into cloned bodies.
(Marvel Team-Up IV#3) - Rosario kept yelling for help until Spider-Man and Ms. Marvel rushed in to help her. When Jackal was webbed up and apprehended, Rosario thanked the two heroes. Rosario told the two heroes, whose minds were still switched, that she couldn't switch them back, and they suggested using the Isotope Genome Accelerator to restore their minds, but Rosario warned them that they could lose their memories or powers if they used that. When the heroes chose to go ahead, Rosario activated the Accelerator, and they were returned to their own forms without any seeming long-term damage to either of them. As the heroes departed, Yesenia saw that her own fingers could elongate, a carry-over ability from Ms. Marvel's powers.
