History:
(Power Pack II#4 (fb) - BTS) - Repra was a Snark rites master, respected by the various rival clans for his knowledge of the rules and rituals that governed their society.

(Power Pack II#1-3 - BTS) - After usurping the throne from his father Bhadsha just before he could name Sobak of Clan Ankar as his heir, the Snark Emperor Jakal and his Queen Mother Maraud launched attacks against their perceived enemies, including Earth's Power Pack, Kymellian ambassador Yrik, and rival Clans Destrak and Antrak. Most of the two rival clans were slaughtered, and Power Pack were abducted by Jakal's forces and brought to Snarkworld, only to escape. Split up, some of Power Pack allied with Sobak, while the others teamed with Queen Mother Destrak and her surviving warriors.

(Power Pack II#4) - The other clan's Queen Mother's became concerned over Jakal's actions, and sent Repra as their representative to raise these issues with him. Despite addressing his concerns to Jakal, Maraud responded, arrogantly dismissing the other clan's concerns. Jakal then reprimanded her, reminding her that he spoke for the throne, and Repra watched as Maraud openly berated her son in front of him, calling Jakal a failure. To Repra's obvious disquiet, this prompted Jakal to physically attack Maraud, smashing her to the ground and throttling her. Before Jakal could slay his mother both rival factions broke into the chamber, overpowering the guards. However then Sobak and Destrak began arguing over who could seize the throne from Jakal. A Queen Mother could not rule herself, and Destrak's son Prince Rungar had been slain during the assault on her clan, but, as Repra pointed out, without a clan of his own Sobak could not bring stability to Snarkworld, while Destrak's warriors could, though the idea of a Queen Mother ruling perturbed him as being highly irregular. Recalling the example of Roman rulers on Earth who had shared the role in a Triumverate, Starstreak then suggested that Sobak and Destrak follow this example. Yrik concurred with this idea, proposing Repra making up the third member of this provisional ruling body to dictate Snark matters until the matter of ascension could be worked out.

(Power Pack II#4 - BTS) - Repra and Yrik convinced the other clan's Queen Mothers to accept this solution to end the current Snark War.

(Dark Reign Files - BTS) - Under the Triumvirate's rule the Snarks achieved an era of peace. 

(S.W.O.R.D. II#3 (fb) - BTS) - Under unspecified circumstances the Triumvirate were replaced by a new emperor, Stote; how he ascended to the throne, and what happened to Repra and the others, remains unrevealed.

   It's possible that Stote ascended to the throne peacefully after ascension was worked out diplomatically, and thus Repra and his fellow temporary rulers are all doing fine... Yeah, right! These are Snarks, and battles for the throne are so common they term these periods Snark War. Repra and the others were probably overthrown violently, and they are likely prisoners, in exile, or dead.
