Powers/Abilities: Mr. Colt does not possess
any superhuman powers but he is extremely knowledgeable in the field of
cybernetics, able to operate machinery capable of cybernetically
enhancing human beings.
He is also a skilled organizer and carries at least
one firearm. He also has access to advanced technology as well as a
slew of cybernetically-enhanced agents.

History: (Darkhawk II#4 (fb) -
BTS) - Mister Colt was an instructor for the terrorist Hydra
organization who prided himself on his students maximizing their
skills. Colt had a few battles against the Winter Soldier and was
thought to have died. Surviving, Colt joined up with the science
terrorists of A.I.M. using his special ops background.
(Darkhawk II#2) - When Derek Lu, a kid working under Shawn Trella, who was, in turn, working for Mr. Colt, told Shawn that he no longer wished to part of Shawn's organization and promised that he would not tell anyone what Shawn was up to, Mr. Colt appeared and remarked that it wasn't Shawn Derek had to worry about. Derek then tried to apologize but Mr. Colt calmly commented that Derek was merely living up to his potential. Colt then pulled out a gun and shot Derek. He then remarked that Derek's full potential was not going to be good enough before shooting Derek a second time, killing the teenager.
(Darkhawk II#3 (fb) - BTS) - Colt arranged for Shawn Trella to inform Darkhawk where to find him in order to lead Darkhawk into a trap.
(Darkhawk II#3) - After Shawn gave up Colt's location under interrogation from Darkhawk, Darkhawk flew to Hunts Point in New York and found Colt waiting for him with a small group of cybernetic agents. Admitting that Shawn perhaps wasn't truly worthless after all, Colt informed Darkhawk that he had been set up then ordered his agents to take Darkhawk apart piece by piece. When one of the agents blasted Darkhawk clear out of the warehouse, Colt berated the agent, demanding to know what part of "I get the pieces" did the agent not understand.
(Darkhawk II#4 (fb) - BTS) - Mr. Colt's association
with A.I.M. drew the attention of Captain America, who had previously
thought him dead.
(Darkhawk II#4) - Rescued by Spider-Man (Miles Morales), Darkhawk revealed to Spider-Man how Colt had killed his friend Derek Lu and Spider-Man ended up bringing in Captain America to assist against Colt's A.I.M. associates. While Darkhawk, Captain America and Spider-Man took down the A.I.M. cell associated with Colt, Mr. Colt himself hooked Shawn Trella up to machinery in preparation of transforming Shawn into a cyborg. Colt gave Shawn one last chance to back out and when Shawn assured Colt that he wanted to hit his full potential, Colt commended Shawn and insisted that Shawn would definitely hit his full potential before turning on the machines.
(Darkhawk II#5 (fb) - BTS) - Mr. Colt tasked the newly cybernetic
Shawn Trella with retrieving the Darkhawk armor.
(Darkhawk II#5) - Battling the cybernetically-enhanced Shawn Trella
outside the funeral of Derek Lu, Darkhawk demanded to know if Mr. Colt
had made Shawn into a cyborg. Insisting that Colt had only made him
realize his full potential, Shawn blasted Darkhawk away. Catching up to
Darkhawk, Shawn then remarked that Mr. Colt probably would have
preferred the Darkhawk armor in mint condition but he was pretty sure
Colt could make something out of the pieces. Following Shawn Trella's
defeat at the hands of both Darkhawk and an assisting Spider-Man
(Morales), Colt, having been viewing the battle from afar via video
screens, remarked to himself on how Shawn already had more potential
than his last agent.
