(S.H.I.E.L.D. III#7 (fb) - BTS) - Jennifer Johnson, a woman with latent Inhuman DNA, had a tryst with Mister Hyde (Calvin Zabo).
(Secret War I#2/2 (fb) - BTS) - Kim Johnson was a prostitute. Under unknown circumstances, she lost custody of Daisy, who was adopted by the Sutter family when she was seven months old. They changed Daisy's name to Cory Sutter.

When Quake first appeared in the comics, she was called a "caterpillar," someone who had genetic gifts from birth but who wasn't a mutant, and she was revealed to be the daughter of Mister Hyde, who had messed with his own DNA for years. Later, she was revealed to be an Inhuman. In S.H.I.E.L.D. III#7, it tells the story of Quake's powers being a combination of her mother, a latent Inhuman, and her father, whose twisted DNA corrupted his daughter.
As Zabo first
became Mr. Hyde during the modern era (12-15 years ago from the current
year), Daisy would have been born at least a few years before that.
Which is why the OHotMU entry for Daisy said this, "Years before he
finally created the formula that would change him into the
super-criminal Mr. Hyde, scientist Calvin Zabo had already
self-experimented with other formulas. Unbeknownst to Zabo, these
caused slight mutations within his system." I feel like we said
something in the Secret Wars Files for Daisy, as well.

Johnson in her initial appearance, then as Jennifer Johnson in her
second.
Her full name as Kimberly Jennifer Johnson was revealed in
Quake's OHotMU entry.

I suppose it is possible that she is still alive out there. So far as we know, she was never subjected to Terrigenesis.
In the television show, Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Daisy Johnson is a feature character who is the daughter of Mister Hyde and Jiaying, who was a leader in an Inhuman society. Marvel Comics has introduced a different Jiaying since then.
