History: (Fantastic Four I Annual#21) - When Attilan (at that point on the moon) was invaded by the forces of the High Evolutionary, Quicksilver did his best to organize the Inhumans into mounting a defense but they were soon overwhelmed. Fantomask used her powers to project an image of herself to the Inhuman Royal Family and the Fantastic Four on Earth, asking for help.

Fantomask was only seen in a projection of her form, which was green-hued. We don't know what color she actually is in-person. --Proto-Man
