Powers/Abilities: Beautiful and caring, Doe Eyes was a gatherer and food provider for her Pawnee tribe, so she knew at least basic Pawnee life skills. She was a reasonable equestrian.

History:
(Arrowhead#1/1) - A Pawnee tribe's top two athletic
young hunter-warriors, the noble Arrowhead and the ambitious Running
Wolf,
each hoped to secure the young squaw Doe Eyes' affections. But Arrowhead
insisted that he and Running Wolf had not yet earned the right to
marry as neither had seen battle.
(Arrowhead#2/1) - Despite being cast out, Arrowhead
was brought back to the Pawnee village after being injured escaping a
noose. Doe Eyes looked caringly over him until Running Wolf
aggressively barged in.
(Arrowhead#3/5) - Doe Eyes had unintentionally caught
the eye of muscled US cavalry man Turk, who had Oglala Sioux Chief
Black Bull kidnap her in exchange for rifles. However, Arrowhead, now a
complete renegade who could only admire Doe Eyes from a distance, saw
the
kidnapping and trailed the Sioux. At night, Arrowhead stealthily broke
into Black Bull's tepee to rescue Doe Eyes, but they were confronted by
Turk and Black Bull. Arrowhead fought their way free, taking Turk's
stallion for Doe Eyes' mount and telling her to ride for the Pawnee
village. Although Doe Eyes declared her love for him, Arrowhead did not
want to burden her with a renegade's life and they parted. That night,
after killing Turk to protect Doe Eyes' future, Arrowhead still longed
for her.

A US cavalry man, Turk had chanced upon Doe Eyes and was smitten by her beauty. Having a favor owed him by Chief Black Bull of the Oglala Sioux tribe, Turk offered 50 rifles in exchange for the capture of Doe Eyes, whom he intended to force into marriage. However, Arrowhead and Doe Eyes were romantically attracted to each other and Arrowhead kept secret watch over her. He saw her suddenly captured by Sioux and gave chase, stealthily entering Black Bull's tepee at night to rescue her when he encountered Turk making the final negotiations with Black Bull. Turk hoped to also claim the bounty on Arrowhead, but the two Pawnees fought free and escaped, also taking Turk's stallion. Turk followed his horse's tracks and was suddenly confronted by Arrowhead and a fierce knife fight ensued, but Turk's muscled bulk lost to Arrowhead's agility and Turk died by Arrowhead's slashing knife.
Turk was described as tall, muscled and weighing 260
lbs. While he wore a uniform, he seemed to act like a free agent, or at
least a corrupt officer.
