History:
(Mystic Comics#1/3 - BTS) - The Cygnians were a primitive dwarf-like race that lived on a hot, rocky planet alleged to be 16 billion light years away from Earth. The Cygnians lived inside vast caverns below ground. The Cygnians were protective of the Stardust found on their planet and ferociously guarded it.

The planet was discovered by Professor Reagan Lexico aka. the "Mad" Astronomer who believed the planet possessed a substance called Stardust that could cure most forms of illness.

(Mystic Comics#1/3) - The Cygnians captured Professor Reagan Lexico and his daughter Tasi when they left the safety of Zephyr Jones' rocket ship in search for a source of Stardust. They were tied to a post and the Cygnians were about to light them on fire using flaming torches.

A group of Cygnians attacked Zephyr and his friend Corky Grogan but the Cygians were repelled when Zephyr and Corky used fire extinguishers as weapons since the Cygnians were resistant to bullets from guns. One of the Cygnians clubbed Corky Grogan on the head and Zephyr pulled his unconscious friend to safety. Professor Reagan Lexico and his daughter Tasi managed to escape from being burned alive at the stake but became trapped on a ledge and surrounded by Cygnians. Zephyr and Corky arrived and used rope against the approaching Cygnians that tripped them which caused them to fall off the high cliff ledge. The quartet escaped the cave entrance and Zephyr threw a rock causing a rockslide to cover their retreat blocking the Cygnians from catching them. Returning to the rocket, they escaped the planet with fifty pounds of Stardust.

This story is short on scientific fact and is beyond believable. The planet Cygnus was said by Zephyr Jones in the story to be 16 billion light years away. This would place it beyond the known area of space we could see. Current observations suggest that the Universe is about 13.7 billion years old. We know that light takes time to travel, so that if we observe an object that is 13 billion light years away, then that light has been traveling towards us for 13 billion years. Essentially, we are seeing that object as it appeared 13 billion years ago. If that was unbelievable, Zephyr Jones was able to travel that vast distance by piggybacking radiation from stars to provide thrust. His ship even flew through a planet without damaging the ship and simply left a hole from its entry and exit points. The distance to travel would still take him billions of years to get there too. The only thing that could make it possible which was never seen was maybe his ship travelled through wormholes or jump gates between panels. Maybe it was not billions of light years away but merely thousands. The constellation Cygnus is one of the brightest in the northern hemisphere and is composed of five stars forming a cross shaped pattern. The brightest of these stars is called Deneb, a blue-white supergiant, which is only a mere 32000 lightyears distant.

How did Professor Reagan Lexico know the planet Cygnus that was a substantial distance away was rich in a substance called Stardust? Were he and his daughter aliens that were somehow trapped on Earth that knew this from a previous visit there?
