User/Possessors: Nugent, Phil the Centaur, unidentified tenant

First Appearance: Magik II#1 (October, 2001)

Powers/Abilities/Functions: Residential hotel located off Fourth Avenue in New York City, home to several magical creatures.

(Magik II#1 - BTS) - The Bradbury Americana was a decaying residential hotel off Fourth Avenue in New York City. The residential hotel was home to several magical creatures such as Phil the Centaur and Nugent the Earthly aide to the newly appointed ruler of Otherplace, Amanda Sefton.

(Magik II#1 (fb) - BTS) - Shortly after taking over the role of ruler of Otherplace (Belasco's limbo) Magik had Nugent, create a computer program/spell that began to assemble, catalog, and codify a database of arcane lore from all sources. Nugent relocated the program from his lounge to the bathroom, so that his bathtub could drain away the secretions the program accumulated.

(Magik II#1) - Magik stopped by the Bradbury Americana to check in on Nugent and the progress he'd made.

Comments: Created by Dan Abnett, Andy Lanning and Liam Sharp.

New York City's Fourth Avenue has since been renamed Park Avenue. For most of the road's length in Manhattan, it runs parallel to Madison Avenue to the west and Lexington Avenue to the east. The former title still applies to the section between Cooper Square and 14th Street.

The Bradbury Americana has no known connection to

unidentified tenant

One of several tenants who lived in the Bradbury Americana residential hotel off Fourth Avenue in New York City. A rather obese man who appeared to have some kind of growth on his jaw-neck.

Watching a juicy episode of Jerry Springer on the television he noticed the mistress of Limbo (Otherplace), Amanda Sefton cross the hallway on her way to see Nugent.
