Powers/Abilities: After undergoing Terrigenesis, Tongue's face was replaced with a series of small orifices that could open and release a long prehensile tongue with a massive fanged mouth at the tip which opened to extend its own tongue. Tongue realized her other senses (sight, smell, touch, hearing) were lost, but her sense of taste was expanded exponentially. Tongue can perceive light, music, and sound with her tongue. Tongue is a talented chef. She can throw knives with surprising accuracy. Tongue is vulnerable to extra spicy foods.

History:
(Civil War II: Ulysses Infinite Comic#2 (fb) - BTS) - The woman who became Tongue worked for a time as a chef at the Royal Court. After undergoing Terrigenesis, Tongue, whose sole sensory experience is through her massive tongue, became the chef at the Tower of Wisdom, working with Karnak. He challenged her to create dishes that had no taste so they wouldn't distract the other recruits.
(Civil War II: Ulysses Infinite Comic#2) - Karnak introduced new recruit Ulysses Cain to Tongue.
(Civil War II: Ulysses Infinite Comic#4) - Tongue was cooking in the kitchen when Ulysses tried sneaking by. She stopped him, realizing he was breaking Karnak's orders, and told him to go back to his cell.
(Civil War II: Ulysses Infinite Comic#5) - When Ulysses tried to evade Tongue, she threw a knife at him, pinning his shirt to the wall. Ulysses threw a bowl of cut chilis in her face and escaped while she screamed in pain.
