History: (Secret Wars Too#1/3 (fb) - BTS) - Rule 63 was a domain on the Battleworld, a planet created by God Emperor Doom (Victor von Doom of Earth-616) from the remains of various alternate Earths destroyed in the incursions. It was ruled by a Baron appointed by Doom himself, who also had memories of all its inhabitants altered so that only their lives on the Battleworld could be remembered.
(Secret Wars Too#1/3) - The Rule 63 domain was briefly visited by Lady Katherine of Bishop (of Earth-311, citizen of the King James' England domain) and America Chavez (of Earth-616, citizen of the Arcadia domain) during their search for pizza across the Battleworld. They encountered the local team of Avengers (Iron Woman, Captain America, Hulk, Thor, Black Widower), all of whom had opposite genders from their Earth-616 counterparts.

The Rule 63 domain is of course a reference to the Rule 63 of the Internet, which states that every fictional character will eventually be gender swapped by the online community.
The Avengers aren't actually individually named in the story; we're ASSuming they share the names of their 616 counterparts, except where that name is gendered, in which case they have the opposite gender equivalent. - Loki
