appearance, Rebel is capable of swallowing his enemies whole and
gaining any powers/abilities those enemies possess.

History: (Spider-Man Magazine I#10) - The
superhero Rebel became enemies of the Fantasizers, the Green Gremlins
and the Wizard from the Dark Dimension.
Comments: Created by Andrea Asaro.
Rebel was a product of the 1994 Spider-Man Magazine's "Create Your Own Super Hero or Super-Villain" section that ran in most earlier issues of the Magazine. In Rebel's case, he was created by then-10-year-old Andrea Asaro of Yonkers, New York. As a fringe character, Rebel was not confirmed to exist on Earth-616 but there was also no evidence to say he didn't exist on Earth-616 either...Perhaps the mention of his enemy Wizard being from the Dark Dimension could be some clue to suggest he does exist on Earth-616...
Rebel's height & weight were impossible to approximate, as he was never seen next to any character whose height & weight has been officially determined.
Rebel's origin was never shown but, given his bizarre
appearance, my money would be on him being an extraterrestrial.
