History: (Excalibur I#15 (fb) - BTS) - Rafi was a poacher and slaver employed by Jamie Braddock, who sent Rafi to Africa to enslave some of the indigenous people and relief workers there for trading on the black market.

(Excalibur I#15 - BTS) - When Technet's Gatecrasher was immersed in an illusion of Jamie Braddock's past life generated by Doctor Crocodile, an image of Rafi appeared and enslaved her at the behest of Jamie Braddock, the man Technet had been sent to Doctor Crocodile to rescue. When the illusory Jamie ordered Rafi to dispose of the "hippopotamus," Gatecrasher fought against the illusion and pulled herself out of it to confront Doctor Crocodile.

Rafi only appeared in an illusion of Jamie Braddock's life generated by Doctor Crocodile. It was not clear if he actually existed in reality or if he was an imaginary lackey of Jamie created purely for the illusion. For the purposes of this profile, I chose to treat him as if he actually existed and his form was merely used for the illusion.

Rafi's eye color was impossible to determine as his illusory form wore sunglasses that covered his eyes. His height and weight were also impossible to approximate. While he was seen next to the 8'3" Gatecrasher, he was drawn in a way that he stood over the kneeling Gatecrasher, making his height difficult to approximate at that angle.
