History: (The Amazing Spider-Man Sticker Fun (fb) - BTS) - The Professor was a professor who was fired from his job and his firing was made public in a front page Daily Bugle article published by J. Jonah Jameson. He then kidnapped the star athlete.

(The Amazing Spider-Man Sticker Fun) - Taking the athlete to an electronics laboratory, the Professor subjected the athlete to his Mind Probe device, which not only placed the athlete under the Professor's control but also enlarged the athlete to a size of twenty feet. The Professor then ordered the athlete to smash the Daily Bugle building as revenge for J. Jonah Jameson making him a laughing stock. He then sent the athlete on his way, ordering him to return when the job was done. Succeeding in damaging part of the Daily Bugle building, the athlete encountered Spider-Man and the police, eventually escaping Spider-Man by leaping over several shops (including June's Fashions) to return to the Professor.

Feeling as if the athlete had bungled his job, the Professor decided to enlarge the athlete to one hundred feet, determined to ruin Jameson once and for all. Having followed the athlete, Spider-Man soon confronted the Professor but the Professor hit Spider-Man with a blast from his Stun Gun and escaped. Minutes later, Spider-Man recovered and pursued the Professor, soon finding him running down the street. Carjacking a nearby van, the Professor attempted to escape the pursuing Spider-Man but was halted when Spider-Man lifted up the back end of the van, preventing its motion. Spider-Man then held the Professor long enough for the police to apprehend the criminal. Spider-Man then returned to the Daily Bugle as Peter Parker and attempted to sell Jameson photos of the fight, remarking that the Professor had been placed in jail.
