How much of Grag's abilities were related to his
cybernetic enhancements and how much of his abilities were related to
his goblin nature remains to be seen.

Grag is a product of the 1994 Spider-Man Magazine's "Create Your Own Super Hero or Super-Villain" section that ran in most earlier issues of the Magazine. In Grag's case, he was created by then-10-year-old Ben Kortright of Mattapoisett, Massachusetts. As a fringe character, Grag was not confirmed to exist on Earth-616 but there is no evidence to say he didn't exist on Earth-616 either, especially since Spider-Man was listed as an enemy...
Grag's height & weight were impossible to approximate, as he was never seen next to any character whose height & weight had been officially determined.
Grag's full origin was never shown but he was listed
as half-goblin, half-robot. It was not revealed what realm he
originated from but, being a goblin, he likely originated
extradimensionally.
