History:
(Spider-Man: Legend of the Spider-Clan#1 (fb) - BTS) - The Green Goblin send his Graffiti Ninjas to find and imprison Felicia Hardy. Hardy, was hired by the Kingpin to locate a powerful amulet, lost during the Hulk's attack on New York City. The Green Goblin sought out the same amulet hoping to use it to resurrect his deceased wife.

(Spider-Man: Legend of the Spider-Clan#1) - The Graffiti Ninjas found Felicia Hardy in the streets of New York and followed her for eight blocks. Hardy, however, knew she was being followed an lead the Ninjas to an abandoned alley where she told them to reveal themselves. Just than costumed adventurer Spider-Man arrived, hoping to save the "damsel in distress". Spider-Man easily defeated the Graffiti Ninjas after which Hardy hit the hero on the head with a steel pipe after which she fled.

(Spider-Man: Legend of the Spider-Clan#1) - The Graffiti Ninjas returned to the Green Goblin's side, revealing what had transpired. They then promised to once again track Hardy and try to get the amulet she was now in possession off. However, just as the Graffiti Ninjas arrived at Hardy's location she'd been killed by the Devil Hunter who'd cut the girl in half. Without hesitation the Graffiti Ninjas attacked the Devil Hunter, warning him he would end up like his beloved Elektra. While the fight continued young Peter Parker watched. But when a drop of his blood hit the mystical amulet Parker was transformed, wearing a black costume and taken over by a dark presence. Unable to control himself Spider-Man attacked and killed most of the Graffiti Ninjas.

(Spider-Man: Legend of the Spider-Clan#2) - Back in the Green Goblin's base an entire army of Graffiti Ninjas listened to their master as he ordered them to go and engage Spider-Man. He explained they only had to keep him busy as his additional resources would arrive. The Green Goblin had reached out to Venom and his Kuji Kuri to help him. The Graffiti Ninjas locates Spider-Man in the subway where they chased him on top of a moving train. Sensing the danger, Spider-Man once again changed into his black-suit and fought the Ninjas while pleading they leave him lest he kill all of them. Spider-Man then used his webbing to derail the train, killing most of the Graffiti Ninjas after which another party arrived; Baal and his Shadow Clan looking to enlist Spider-Man into their ranks.

(Spider-Man: Legend of the Spider-Clan#3 (fb) - BTS) - Baal and his Shadow Clan of spider-like warriors massacred the Graffiti Ninjas.

(Spider-Man: Legend of the Spider-Clan#3) - One of the Graffiti Ninjas who survived the massacre returned to the Green Goblin to reveal what had transpired. Realizing that the Shadow Clan would only complicate matters the Green Goblin decided to go a different route to obtain the mysterious amulet. To do so Osborn killed the last of the Graffiti Ninjas with a dagger after which he used his blood to give his soul to the demon world (presumably the Ethereal Realm) after which he was transformed into a real green goblin.

Due to the Asian specific nature of the Mangaverse reality, it goes without saying that while characters might look similar to their 616 counterparts, they most likely will have distinctly different names, codenames or powers. Therefore we will only list the names when they have been used in the comics.
