History:
(X-Men Unlimited I#4 (fb) - BTS) - General Armond Gaudier, a soldier with a thirty-odd year career made his way into office, part of the Office for Genetic Integrity. In this function he met Graydon Creed and his Friends of Humanity, building a friendship for about five years. Gaudier deemed the Friends of Humanity, due to Creed's influence, a perfectly legitimate special interest grass roots movement.

(X-Men Unlimited I#4 - BTS) - This, however, induced the wrath of the mutant shapeshifter Mystique, Creed's biological mother. Enraged her son had sent the bloodthirsty Sabretooth after her she plotted her revenge on Creed and vowed to start with Gaudier.

(X-Men Unlimited I#4) - Mystique easily made her way inside the Office for Genetic Integrity and after locating Gaudier kicked him to the ground, holding him at gunpoint. Staring death in the face, Gaudier pleaded he'd never harmed the woman. Mystique revealed she knew all of his affiliations to Creed and the Friends of Humanity. To further intimidate the general, Mystique changed her form into his after which she noted to find his form repulsive, Mystique then changed into Abraham Lincoln, shoving her gun even further into Gaudier's face. In the end Mystique didn't shoot Gaudier but strangled him to death with a wire. By disguising herself as Colucci, part of Gaudier's security force, Mystique successfully escaped the premises.

(X-Men Unlimited I#4 - BTS) - The newspapers reported on Gaudier's death, saying the general had suffered a heart attack to keep his true cause of death under wraps.

To my knowledge the Office for Genetic Integrity, part of the US State Department has never been seen again. They did, however, seem to have a pretty advanced security force with soldiers wearing state of the art armor and weaponry.

Colucci

Part of the Office for Genetic Integrity security force, Colucci was making his way through the building on a routine watch-duty when he came across Mystique. The mutant shapeshifter had just killed General Armond Gaudier and was making her way out, easily dealing with Colucci she took on his form and came across his sergeant. When asked if he had anything to report, "Colucci" commented it wasn't like a mutant could break in to kill the general.

Note: It's been unrevealed if Mystique killed Colucci, but it's well possible.
