History:
(Alpha Flight/Inhumans '98 (fb) - BTS) - In Attilan, Phadros and Thera chose to subject their unborn child to Terrigenesis while still in the womb, a process that had only been attempted a few times in Attilan's history, most notably with King Black Bolt himself. The child appeared to have no mutations after its birth, and in time Phadros and Thera chose to administer the Terrigen again, despite the risks.

(Alpha Flight/Inhumans '98 (fb) ) - Phadros and Thera went to the chamber where the Terrigen Mists were administered for a second time, but the child still seemed unaffected even as a series of earthquakes rocked Attilan. The building housing the Terrigen Mists was cracked open, and the Terrigen Mists escaped into the atmosphere, where the Inhumans later tried collecting them to avoid widespread disaster.

(Alpha Flight/Inhumans '98) - As earthquakes and flooding took place around the globe, civilians like Joshua Livyere were impacted. The parents prepared for a meeting with the Royal Family to discuss their circumstances, and they wondered if the gods had cursed them. Then, the baby's eyes began glowing and the child began controlling the giant statue of Randac, which began lashing out at the city. Black Bolt, realizing the child was behind the attack, helped calm the child while Alpha Flight and the Royal Family destroyed the statue.

Comments: Created by Joe Casey, Steve Seagle, Mark Bernardo, Tom Raney, and John Beatty.

It is rare for in-utero Terrigenesis to be authorized, and even more rare for Terrigen to be administered to an Inhuman more than once.
