Powers/Abilities: Punisher presumably had the same powers that his Earth-616 counterpart as well as the power of the Power Cosmic.

   He also carried large weapons capable of destroying entire planets. His Power Cosmic likely granted him some degree of superhuman strength to allow him to carry such large weapons. It's also possible the weapons were fueled by the Power Cosmic. He rode some sort of flying vehicle, which given his job requirements was presumably capable of interstellar travel.

History: (What If? II#25/2 (fb) - BTS) - The Punisher was made a Herald of Galactus and toured the galaxy looking for planets for his master to consume.

(What If? II#25/2) - Punisher found Charlamain, prison world of the Crab Nebula, for his master, but then let his old instinct to punish criminals take over and destroyed it before Galactus arrived to consume it. Discovering only rubble left of his meal, Galactus reminded his errant herald that he was only meant to find the worlds, not blow them up.
