History: (Captain America: Who Won't Wield the Shield?#1/2) – Goat Boy was an anthropomorphic goat partnered up with Doctor America, who had just completed his training. The pair were attacked by a group of Teevee Eyes, soon presumably defeating the mystery monstrosities.

An unrevealed amount of time later, Goat Boy and Doctor America went to a music festival in Altamont to confront the Crimson Euphemism (Richard Milhous Manson) and Bebe Rebeyonder. During the concert, missiles were launched and Doc and Goat Boy hitched a ride on them. Unfortunately, Goat Boy's missile exploded and Doc exclaimed he hadn't decided which phone number to call to either save or kill Goat Boy.

Comments: Created by Matt Fraction and Brendan McCarthy.

Though Goat Boy dresses like Bucky and is the partner of Cap, this is not Earth-10631's version of Bucky, as Goat Boy claims he is better than "Bucky" Barnes because he is a goat who is also a boy.

This story itself is very confusing and I’m still not 100% sure what is fully going on in most of the panels.
As such, there is really no way to determine if Goat Boy was a mutated goat, a mutated human or perhaps simply existed as an anthropomorphic goat in this reality. --Proto-Man

Thanks to Proto-Man for providing the main image!

Dr. America exclamation about which number to call to either kill or save Goat Boy is likely a reference to DC's 1980s promotion in which readers could call in to vote on whether to kill or save Robin (Jason Todd). --Proto-Man
