History:
(Spectacular Spider-Man II#256 (fb) - BTS) - Unable to get a super-villain to partner up with her, infamous criminal White Rabbit sought out two out of work actors to play her partners as Dormouse and the Mad Hatter.

(Spectacular Spider-Man II#256 - BTS) - Seeking to raise her status as a criminal, White Rabbit kidnapped the Grizzly and Gibbon, believing them to be famous superheroes that would warrant a large sum of money.

(Spectacular Spider-Man II#256) - Dormouse and Mad Hatter were present, encouraging White Rabbit as she recorded a video message for the mayor of New York City, revealing she would feed the Grizzly and Gibbon to her genetically mutated killer bunnies unless a sum of one billion dollars was paid. Mad Hatter called her performance brilliant, noting Pamela Lee couldn't have given a more moving performance, Dormouse agreed, of course.

Sometime later that day, while waiting for the mayor's reaction, Mad Hatter asked White Rabbit how she became a criminal prompting White Rabbit to reveal her origin. Amused she called Spider-Man her archnemesis, Dormouse commented most people hadn't even heard of her. Upset, White Rabbit kicked Dormouse down after which she received word from the mayor, a counter offer of two dollars and fifty cents. Hopping mad, White Rabbit commanded Dormouse and Mad Hatter to follow her to the flying hare, planning to terrorize New York City.

Taking flight in the White Rabbit's flying hare to exact her revenge on the city, Dormouse and Mad Hatter were responsible for dropping carrot-shaped bombs. Nauseous of the sight of blood, Mad Hatter did his best to aim away from the crowd. The bombing was stopped by the "bombastic" Bag-Man who in reality was Peter Parker who tried his best to keep a low profile. After easily defeating White Rabbit's gang Bag-Man went after Dormouse and Mad Hatter who quickly surrendered, dropping to their knees. The duo told Bag-Man they were only hired because White Rabbit couldn't get any real super-villains. Enraged she was betrayed by the duo, White Rabbit appeared on a bunny-shaped killer robot attacking Bag-Man and the duo. Mere moments later the Grizzly and Gibbon appeared, having freed themselves, they attacked and defeated White Rabbit. Bag-Man, who only faked being unconscious had tied Dormouse and Mad Hatter together in order to be brought to justice.
