History: (Merry X-Men Holiday Special#1/7) -
After learning on December 7 that billionaire Boris Chiche had
deliberately bought up X-Men action figures to keep children from
getting them, the X-Man Gambit broke into Chiche Industries to steal
back the action figures in order to give them to mutant children he met
in Times Square.

Chiche Industries was only seen in one panel and even
then, it was only the sub-levels of the building.

Boris Chiche was a mutant-hating billionaire who
bought up all of the Wolverine action figures in an effort to keep the
mutant-based toys from getting into the hands of children. After
acquiring the figures, Boris hid them in the sub-levels of his Chiche
Industries building, only to have the X-Man Gambit break in and steal
them back.
