History:
(Avengers Strikefile#1 (fb) - BTS) - Stationed on the
planet Cyllandra, dedicated to recording Kree history, Sallen Bei
dispatched the report of a fallen Kree soldier, Karr-Oll,
who described the interference of Earth's Avengers in the lead-up to
the
detonation of the highly destructive Nega-Bomb that devastated the Kree
Empire. Sallen Bei sent the holo-projection recording to activate only
in the presence of Kree
lifeforms. He linked the recording with images of key Avengers and
allies.
(Avengers Strikefile#1) - Sallen Bei's recording was
picked up by Galen Kor's Lunatic
Legion and served to strengthen their resolve to exterminate the
Avengers for contributing to the fall of the Kree Empire.

The green of his uniform helmet indicates Sallen Bei's title of Keeper of Memory would parallel that of Kree military captain.
It's not clearly stated, but it's implied that Sallen Bei and
Cyllandra also fell to the devastating after-effects of the Nega-Bomb.
Of the three Kree profiled here, only Sallen Bei was depicted in the story.

Karr-Oll was a Kree soldier (rank unspecified) who was married to wife Riah. He was privy to intelligence reports of the initial skirmishes between Kree forces and the Avengers, as well as related Shi'ar involvement and Skrull trickery, that later escalated to the Nega-Bomb detonation. He was returning to his borderland homeworld after combat when the Nega-Bomb was triggered. Although surviving the initial blast, he died from the ensuing death-light energy waves after filing a very pro-Kree report.

Riah was the wife of Kree soldier Karr-Oll and pregnant with his child. She was among the billions of Kree killed by the Nega-Bomb's detonation.
