Kang also ordered the "pink-skinned aliens" to drain the future from Sacniaa's native primates, preventing their future evolution.

History: (Avengers VI#5) -
The Avengers traveled to reality-17515's planet Sacniaa in hopes of
destroying part of Kang's time syndicate and once there, some of the
time-displaced founding Avengers expressed amazement at being on
another planet. They soon located Kang's time-mining operation, handled
by "pink-skinned aliens," and upon learning that the aliens were
destroying the futures of some of the other natives, the Avengers tried
to destroy the operation, only to find themselves disappearing when one
of the aliens hit Giant-Man and Wasp with a device that drained their
very histories.
(Avengers VI#6) - Vanishing from the planet Sacniaa,
the two time-displaced Thors combined the vanishing remnants of both of
their Mjolnir hammers and took down the "pink-skinned alien" who was
draining the Avengers' future and Giant-Man reversed the time-draining
device to restore the Avengers' futures. The Avengers then used a "Time
Bomb" to destroy Kang's mining operation on Sacniaa, funneling the
exploding time energy into the Time Tether device and into Kang's end
of time base of operations.
