Powers/Abilities: "Kang M.O.D.O.K." could project mental energy beams from the forehead portion of his mask. Whether this ability was inherent or if it was a weapon that was part of his mask remains unrevealed. He could also project beams from his eyes and shift his body out of phase between the ticks of a second in time, causing great destruction to things he touched while in this state.
He likely had other abilities as yet undemonstrated.

History:
(Avengers VI#2) - When Kang found the Avengers being assisted by a
future counterpart of himself, he destroyed the counterpart, creating a
paradox that diverged the future counterpart into two other
counterparts, a M.O.D.O.K.-looking Kang and a gorilla Kang. "Kang
M.O.D.O.K." then quickly jumped into battle against the Avengers.
(Avengers VI#3) - "Kang M.O.D.O.K." continued his
fight against the Avengers, focusing his attack on Vision, whom he
attempted to destroy by shifting his molecules out of phase with time,
only to find Vision unaffected. As the battle progressed, "Kang
M.O.D.O.K." opened a viewing portal into time in an effort to locate
suitable Kang counterparts to act as reinforcements against the
Avengers but he instead found a future image of Avenger X
busting free of her tombstone, momentarily confusing him, as he had no
memory of any such "Avenger X." Distracted by the conflicting history,
"Kang M.O.D.O.K." was hit in the head by Captain America's shield,
forcing "Kang M.O.D.O.K." to focus his attack on Captain America. He
then worked with "Kang gorilla" to attack the Avengers together.

"Kang gorilla"'s real name was never revealed but the human Nathaniel Richards of Earth-6311's 31st century is the basis for nearly all divergent Kang counterparts.
"Kang M.O.D.O.K."'s eye and hair color were impossible to determine, as he was only ever seen with a mask on.
