History:

(X-Men 2099#14 (fb) - BTS) - Heinrich Greenstreet was considered LA's most influential media mogul, ruthlessly fighting for the audience's ever dwindling attention span. Greenstreet would regularly meet with producers and directors desperate for him to green-light them to stardom. His biggest rival was Pacific Rim hyper media czar Danielle Winokur-Ezaki. They regularly resorted to corporate warfare to best the other in business dealings.

(X-Men 2099#14 - BTS) - Upset he was leveraged out of the Celestialcom buyout, Greenstreet hired Glitterspike (Alexi Jaeger) to kill Danielle. In turn for his services Greenstreet promised to track down Jaeger's ex-lover Rosa Vasquez. Jaeger accepted the assignment and managed to get near Danielle by pretending he'd fallen in love with her. Taken with his looks, Winokur-Ezaki reciprocated, which led to a relationship. During one of their romantic interludes, Glitterspike finally murdered Danielle by dropping her from the sky. She hit the shallow waters by the beach near her home, dying on impact.

(X-Men 2099#14 (fb) - BTS) - Greenstreet learned Danielle's corpse was found and dragged out of Santa Monica Bay.

(X-Men 2099#14) - Glitterspike arrived at Greenstreet's office to claim his reward but the pompous Greenstreet was more interested in boosting his own importance. Impatient to get the information on Rosa, Gliterspike grabbed the cords that connected Greenstreet's head to his machines threatening to disconnect him permanently. Afraid the assassin would actually hurt him, Greenstreet became frightened and acquiesced. Reaching inside his pocket, he took out a disc with Rosa Vasquez's current whereabouts. With the transaction finished he ordered Glitterspike to disappear from his office because he had a meeting at eleven with "someone real important".

Heinrich Greenstreet was, of course, an homage to Mojo the infamous ruler of Mojoworld.
