History: (Marvel Knights Millennial Visions 2001 - "Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D." (fb) - BTS) - Fury brought in the Kree alien Noh-Varr to act as a S.H.I.E.L.D. Special Units leader, training other S.H.I.E.L.D. agents with all of the Kree tactics Noh-Varr had learned himself. Unfortunately, Fury did not realize that alien Skrulls had secretly infiltrated S.H.I.E.L.D. and learned these tactics from Noh-Varr, who was also unaware of the infiltration. Realizing that he needed not just Noh-Varr's knowledge but Noh-Varr himself, Fury had Noh-Varr's genome mapped and created an army of Noh-Varr clones to battle the Skrulls. The clones proved to be too close to Noh-Varr, retaining his personality and unwillingness to take orders. Caught in the middle of three warring armies (S.H.I.E.L.D., the Skrulls and his own clone army), Marvel Boy refused to run, determined to protect Oubliette, the woman he loved.

(Marvel Knights Millennial Visions 2001 - "Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.") - As the three-part war ravaged, the Skrulls kidnapped Oubliette. At first unsure of which side to stand, Noh-Varr opted to kill all three armadas, thinking to himself that Fury should be prepared, as Marvel Boy would be coming for him soon.

Comments: Created by Kaare Andrews.

While Fury's first name was not revealed in the 1-page story, one can assume it was Nick.

A woman was seen next to Fury that resembled Contessa Valentine Allegra de la Fontaine but since she went unidentified and played no role in the story, I chose not to mention her.

Profile by Proto-Man.

CLARIFICATIONS:
Earth-5582's Marvel Boy has no KNOWN connections to:

Fury

Fury was similar to his Earth-616 counterpart. He was head of S.H.I.E.L.D. and originally had recruited Marvel Boy into S.H.I.E.L.D. to train a Special Unit before genetically mapping Noh-Varr to create clones against Skrulls that had infiltrated S.H.I.E.L.D. Unfortunately for Fury, the clones proved too independent and refused to take orders. Embroiled in a war between S.H.I.E.L.D., the Skrulls and the rogue Noh-Varr clones, Fury was unaware that Marvel Boy had declared war on all three armies.
