Classification: Extraterrestrial race
Location/Base of Operations: Planet Cygnet VII (They were seen within the arena associated with the Pit), presumably the 7th planet in the Cygnet solar system, unspecified galaxy
Known Members: A trio were observed, but none were identified by name
Affiliations: Some, at least were used in gladiatorial combat by the Cygnetian Reds against the Cygnetian Greens
Enemies: Cygnetian Greens;
they may not have liked the Cygnetian Reds either, but were likely forced to serve them
First Appearance: Incredible Hulk II Annual#12 (1983)
Powers/Abilities: The Draggoths are powerful,
carnivorous semi-leonine creatures with large and sharp teeth (in
addition to enlarged canines, they have a prominently fanged central
incisor-placed tooth). 
They have thick, corded manes and thick tails strong enough to support their weight.
They have strong olfactory senses and can smell the scent of fear. Able to easily slaughter human-level beings, even a trio of them were no match for the Hulk.
Traits: Draggoths were used in gladiatorial combat to slay those deemed to deserve such fate by the Holy Hierarchy. Unleashed from their pens, they emerged slavering and shrieking as they bolted toward their prey.
They were conditioned to expect helpless prey, but dove to attack even
larger and more powerful foes like the Hulk.
Type: Bilaterally symmetric semi-leonine quadrupeds (the
one main image makes it look like the central Draggoth has five legs,
but I'm pretty sure all three have 4 legs, just a little confusion of
which legs is which between the closer two)
Eyes: Two (on head; solid red color seen)
Fingers: Their front limbs had four digits each, including a semi-opposing shorter, thumb-like digit
Toes: Their back four limbs each appeared to have three digits
Skin color: Brown
Average height: Approximately 4-5' at the shoulder; perhaps 6-8' long
Average weight: Unrevealed; perhaps 1000 lbs.
History:

Hulk II Annual#12 (fb) - BTS) - Draggoths were used in the Pit's Arena
to slaughter Greens. They were guided to their prey by the scent of
fear.
(Incredible Hulk II Annual#12) - A trio of Draggoths were unleashed under order of the Holy Hierarchy with the intent of slaughtering the Hulk, who was believed by the Greens to be their savior. Though the Hulk met them with courage rather than fear, they attacked him as well. However, they proved no match for the Hulk and were swiftly pummeled into unconsciousness.

I suspect K'rel might have had the Draggoths slaughtered (potentially even exterminated) due to their history of slaughtering the Greens, but there is nothing to support this, other than when then Greens put the overthrown Reds in the Pit's Arena, they used different beasts than Draggoths.
