History: (Daredevil I#129 (fb) - BTS) – Phillip Diamond owned a jewelry exchange that was robbed by Man-Bull. When the monstrous villain smashed his way into the store and batted aside civilians, Diamond fainted after Man-Bull demanded he open the store's safe. Man-Bull was swiftly arrested and Diamond recovered but six months later, Diamond died of a heart attack.

(Daredevil I#129) – Man-Bull was put on trial for Diamond's murder, blamed as the source of the stress of his heart attack. The villain was found guilty.
