History: (Young Allies II#5 (fb) - BTS) - The Superior, a young boy claiming to be the son of the Leader, abducted five normal teenagers, mutated them, and brainwashed them into believing they too were the children of super villains. One was bombarded with neutrons to give him radiation powers and made to believe he was the son of the Radioactive Man (Chen Lu). Superior mentally indoctrinated him and inducted him into the Bastards of Evil, a nihilist terrorist group. He sent them out to commit acts of terror across America; videos of these acts would then be uploaded to their website.

(Age of Heroes#2/1) - Warhead attacked a fuel tanker near Cleveland, Ohio, accompanied by several hovering camera drones to record his actions. The young superhero Gravity rushed to the scene and tried to save a young couple who had been trapped by the blast. Warhead introduced himself and the two fought; when Gravity asked him why he'd done all this, Warhead just answered "because why not?" Gravity flew away and taunted him, trying to get Warhead to exhaust his power by attacking him from a distance; instead, Warhead released another blast, killing the couple. Furious, Gravity pummelled Warhead into submission and left him for the police.

(Young Allies II#3 (fb) - BTS) - The rest of the Bastards rescued Warhead from police custody.

(Young Allies II#1) - Warhead and his teammates set up shop in New York City and prepared for their first strike as a team. The next day, they launched an assault on Wall Street, indiscriminately killing civilians. They were opposed by an impromptu teaming of young heroes, later dubbed the Young Allies - among them was Gravity, who attacked Warhead when he opened fire on the police. Gravity was incenced again, and pummelled Warhead until Singularity blasted him away. Warhead was disappointed; he'd hoped that Gravity would have killed him, as being murdered by a "shiny" super hero would have made a statement. Instead, he walked to the site of the former World Trade Center, telling Spider-Girl that "We're the future. We're the next generation. And this is who we are." - and then exploding.

(Young Allies II#2) - Warhead's death left the area a radioactive wasteland. The Fantastic Four cleared the area of contamination, and took Warhead's radiactive skeleton for study.

(Young Allies II#4 - BTS) - Reed Richards examined Warhead's remains, and found that he was not the son of Chen Lu, and had only recently been mutated to have super powers.

We can only partially see Superior's data on Warhead, so all we know is that his last name ends in -nell.

The pre-mutation headshot looks green because he's in a tank of green fluid.

Profile by Minor Irritant.
