(Death's Head I#4) - Death's Head tried to trace Plaguedog, taking down and questioning the Undertaker's lieutenants. Meanwhile, the creature was hiding inside Death's Head's new office. Plaguedog was eventually discovered by Death's Head's sidekick Spratt who was almost devoured by the creature. Narrowly managing to escape his initial attack Spratt tried to get away in a flying car with Plaguedog in hot pursuit. Spratt inadvertently managed to kill Plagudog when he pushed the wrong button, putting the car in reverse and squashing Plaguedog on a wall. When Death's Head returned to his offices, he came back to find the burnt, deceased form of Plaguedog waiting for him. Grieving for his loss, the Undertaker proceeded to hire mercenary Big Shot to avenge his big loss.

Even though Death's Head was seen with Plaguedog on the cover of Deaths Head I#4 he has never seen Plaguedog alive.
