History:

(A+X#8/2 (fb) - BTS) - Hector Herrera operated a taco truck, during which time he met and befriended Clint Barton (Hawkeye), before progressing to operating his own Mexican-themed restaurant called "Hector's" and authoring a cookbook (also sold in store). However, his popularity and skills drew the eye of Captain Barracuda, who kidnapped him to his underground lair and tried to force him to be his private chef.

(A+X#8/2) - Hawkeye and Deadpool arrived and overpowered Captain Barracuda before freeing Herrera. Hawkeye and Deadpool escorted Herrera, who invited his two rescuers to his restaurant, above ground where they were greeted by a media commotion. Later, Hawkeye and his date, and a nearby Deadpool, were welcomed and dined free at Herrera's restaurant.

My guess is that this Hector Herrera is based on a real-life person, but it seems that there's a few Hector Herreras around. Any American readers who can help out here?
