    possibly Carl Collins

First Appearance: Tales of Suspense I#47/3 (November, 1963)

Powers/Abilities: No superhuman abilities were identified. Given their monocular status, it is uncertain what sort of quality of depth perception they have. They had both reptilian and mammalian gross external features, but anything beyond that is purely speculative.

Traits: The Bimmu sought to invade Earth, though their specific goals are unrevealed; they specifically sought to make it past Earth's space fleet and arrive on Earth, if only in a single ship.

Fingers

History:
(Tales of Suspense I#47/3 (fb) - BTS) - In the presumptive relative future of Reality-63157, Bimmu raiders sought to attack Earth, but were prevented from doing so by a Terran Space Corps outpost on a remote asteroid, which used "spectro-radar" to monitor Earth's solar system for any evidence of such incursions.

(Tales of Suspense I#47/3) - As Carl Collins -- a disgruntled and lonely member of the Space Corps who had only joined because he knew women were attracted to men in uniform -- detected the approach of a Bimmu ship, the two crewmen contacted him offering him marriage to the most beautiful girl in the universe if he would neglect his radara machines for 20 minutes to allow the Bimmu spy squad to infiltrate Earth's defenses. After the Bimmus convinced Collins that the never jested or lied, he accepted their offer and turned off his equipment for the 20 minutes.

While the Bimmu craft slipped past Earth's first line of defense, however, neither they nor Collins were aware that Earth's forces had monitored the entire communication. A space patrol from Earth intercepted the Bimmu ship, who surrendered, realizing they had no chance.

Unaware of this, the main Bimmu force honored their agreement with Collins, and a Bimmu ship landed on the asteroid on which he was stationed. As the Bimmus exited their ship, Collins was appalled at the woman's appearance and accused the Bimmus of lying to him, but the male crewman assured Collins that Athena was the most gorgeous woman in the universe from the Bimmus' perspective.

Comments: Created by Stan Lee, Larry Lieber, and George Bell.

The terms Bimmu and Bimmus were used in the story. I took it to mean that they, as a collective, were the Bimmu, which also served as an adjective (Bimmu fleet, etc.), but that a smaller group of them would be referred to as Bimmus.

Their planet was not identified as Bimm, but that seems like a logical assumption for now.

If they were in "Galaxy Six," which is presumably meant to be separate than the Milky Way galaxy, the Bimmu presumably had warp capability in order to be such an immediate threat to Earth.

As the Bimmus encountered Collins in a time/reality in which humans had outposts on distant galaxies and could monitor the entire solar system, and dispatch a fleet of rockets on a moment's notice, this is pretty clearly not the modern era of Reality-616. However, there's nothing to say the Bimmus don't exist in Reality-616...though they also could have been destroyed by Galactus, the Ebon Seeker, or one of the many other threats that had destroyed many races/planets in that reality.

We don't know the chronological period seen in Reality-63157...it may have been an alternate/potential future, or possibly a reality in which space travel occurred much earlier, like on Earth-7918.

Offering a beautiful female member of their race in order to get a human to betray Earth, is a deal the Super-Skrull also offered Ward Meachum in Namor the Sub-Mariner#18 (September, 1991). Her name is Tenelle.
