History: (Web of Spider-Man II#11/1 (fb) - BTS) - Underworld super-surgeon Doc Tramma somehow acquired five of Abner Jenkins' Mark IV Beetle armors and supplied them to her henchmen.

(Web of Spider-Man II#12/1 (fb) ) - When Spider-Man began investigating Tramma, she sent her Beetles to ambush and capture him.

(Web of Spider-Man II#11/1) - Tramma dispatched George and Ringo to repossess a "glamour rig" from aging model Lola Huxley, who was behind in her payments. They attacked her at a modeling shoot in High Line Park - George grabbed her while Ringo accidentally abducted fellow model Mary Jane Watson, incurring the wrath of her ally, the Black Cat. Ringo let Mary Jane go - twenty stories up - but after the Cat rescued her, she resumed her pursuit of the Beetles and Huxley, looking for clues to Spider-Man's disappearance. Despite coming under attack from the Cat, Ringo tore off Huxley's glamour rig, scalping her, and departed with George.

(Web of Spider-Man II#12/1) - Tramma called in all five Beetles to stop the escaped Spider-Man from rampaging through her lab. He and the Black Cat quickly dispatched them all, leaving them webbed-up in a giant web-ball.

Comments: Created by Fred Van Lente and Pepe Larraz.

These Beetles are, of course, named after the Beatles. Stu is likely named after the Beatles' original bassist, Stuart Sutcliffe.

Ringo wears orange and blue.  George wears green and red. It's not clear which ones John, Paul, and Stu are.
