History: (Fantastic Four: True Story#3 - BTS) - The kingdom of Anesthesia was adjecent to the Kingdom of Coma and the Nightmare Dimension (Nightmare considered both realms petty and shabbily run). When human author Stephen G. Diesner turned Nightmare into a fictional character the Land of Fiction became also a neighboring dimension of Anesthesia.
