Powers/Abilities: As a Skrull, Stard could alter his form to appear as any object or being with 10-25% of his volume range.
History:
(Hercules II#1 (fb) - BTS) - The Skrull Empire sought to push the Omacron system into civil war to make it easier for conquest. Stard rapidly rose in the military leadership and achieved the rank of Commander, successfully raising a rebel force that took command of the mining asteroid of Lerarak-27 and fostering civil war.
(Hercules II#1) - Hercules formed the vanguard of the government force sent to overpower the rebel army. From their command post at a fort, one of Commander Stard's men, Lt. Iberi, informed him of Hercules powerful advance. Hercules soon smashed through the fortress' walls and found the Commander with four rebel soldiers. Despite Stard's defiance the four surrendered when challenged by Hercules. Hercules' ally, Recorder #417, arrived and informed Hercules that Stard was in fact a Skrull. Restrained by Hercules, Stard morphed back into his Skrull form and admitted to the subterfuge and Skrull plans. Although the captive rebels wished to tear Stard apart, Hercules stood in his defense that he should see trial. The Skrull was then taken into custody.

Stard may have been his real name given that it seemed he was a new face that had risen quickly through the ranks.
And of course, Stard is drats spelled backwards.
