Powers/Abilities: Kristina Ramos was a ruthless and fierce crime boss. She briefly wore the Guardsman armor that afforded her flight, enhanced strength and weaponry, and which she handled fairly proficiently with little experience.

History:

(Captain Marvel II#1 (fb)) - Shipping magnate Ron Morgan found a crate of circuitry belonging to Stark International and tried unsuccessfully to return it. Brazilian crimelord Kristina Ramos heard about it and made a deal with him to take the circuits.

(Captain Marvel II#1 (fb) - BTS) - Ramos acquired a full suit of the Guardsman armor, intending to use it to gain control of the city. Meanwhile, Morgan found out that Ramos was Brazil's most powerful crimelord and reneged on the deal. In retaliation, she destroyed his house and used her agent Powderkeg to destroy one of his ships. Ramos heard of Captain Marvel's involvement in apprehending Powderkeg. Ramos sent Moonstone to beat up Morgan at his New Orleans office and the mercenary was advised to kill Captain Marvel should she interfere. Moonstone took the circuits from Morgan and traveled by plane to Rio de Janeiro to pass the circuits to Ramos.

(Captain Marvel II#1) - Hearing that Captain Marvel was fighting Moonstone at the Rio airport, Ramos suited up in the Guardsman armor and confronted Captain Marvel, who had since knocked out Moonstone. Both underestimated each other's strengths. Ramos distracted Captain Marvel and quickly installed the Stark circuitry, which increased its power by 40%. James Rhodes arrived and passed Captain Marvel a device that would neutralize the Stark-powered armor. Meanwhile, Ramos was wreaking havoc at the airport, but Captain Marvel was able to attach the neutralizer to the armor, disabling it and knocking Ramos out. She was presumably later taken into custody.
