He was able to teleport across vast interstellar distances, although the nature of this ability is unrevealed (likely a gift from the Champion), and could converse in any language. He was an eloquent and enthusiastic fight promoter, and was equipped with technology that allowed him to identify the nature of potential opponents.

History:

(Marvel Two-In-One Annual#7 (fb) - BTS) - Tasked by the Elder of the Universe called the Champion to find him worthy opponents to fight, Proja traveled to Earth and identified several men whose strength levels offered a challenge in a fight.

(Marvel Two-In-One Annual#7) - Proja teleported into Alicia Masters' studio where the Thing was being modeled, and invited the strong hero to a grand fight that would match his apparent intergalactic reputation. The Thing declined, but Proja's touch was sufficient to teleport the Thing to the training arena. Meanwhile, Proja teleported around the Earth and was able to recruit, willingly or otherwise, Thor, Doc Samson, the Hulk, the X-Man called Colossus, Namor, Sasquatch and Wonder Man. He next went to the Vision; however, his sensors revealed the Vision to be a synthozoid and so was not taken. All the recruits materialized at the same time into the Champion's training planetoid. Soon after, Proja teleported into the offices of the Daily Bugle newspaper, promoting the upcoming fight between the Champion and Earth's strongest heroes

Later, during an intermission in the fight, the Champion spoke briefly to Proja that this planet's challengers were unable to meet the Elder's quest for true competition.
