History: (Marvel Mystery Comics#17/2 (fb) - BTS) - It is unrevealed how Mor acquired his occult powers and how he gathered his forces, composed of loyal underlings, special weapons, pilots and airplanes.

(Marvel Mystery Comics#17/2) - Mor had world-domination dreams. When he decided to attack civilization he created a gigantic cat, using his magic powers. Then he instructed Zabu, his most trusted slave, and his henchmen to use a special powder he had created.

By night Mor's forces took off with airplanes in several directions where they spread the death-dealing powder. The powder, once exposed to daylight, exploded. Depots, trains and government buildings were destroyed. Terror spread in the nation and the FBI called Dr. Zog for help.

Mor watched his forces from an airplane but was startled when he saw Electro killing his giant cat and beating the huge Zabu. To save his loyal servant, Mor transformed two sparrows in two gigantic vultures. The vultures hit Electro by surprise and managed to defeat it, breaking it in pieces and interrupting the remote control which enabled Zog to operate it. Mor's airplane also hit Zog's one, which crashed, but the doctor survived safely.

While Mor kept on wreaking havoc, Dr. Zog rebuilt Electro and sent him into action again with more power. This time the vultures were easily killed and Mor's plane was damaged. Mor the Mighty perished in the crash.

As many wizards Mor invoked some powerful entities to be granted the power for his incantations:

Zabu

Zabu was a half-human creature, more than 6'5" feet tall, savage, with long teeth and enhanced strength.

Zabu was raised by Mor since birth. He was his most loyal slave and was eager to obey the orders of destruction that his master gave him. He was armed with a club and with bombs.

Zabu and other underlings attacked the cities after the explosive powder had spread panic over the population. For a while Zabu managed to fight hand-to-hand with Electro, but the robot gained the upper hand against him. Mor saved Zabu with his giant vultures, but when Electro was rebuilt and went back into action, the ape-man had no chance against the robot and was felled by an uppercut.
