She was also an arms dealer, and had connections with various criminal organizations. She was even-tempered, and always maintained a cool persona, no matter where she was or what she was doing.

(Team America#8 – BTS) – Monique was an arms dealer, using her company as a front for illegal arms sales in the Middle East. One particular sale was occurring in Egypt, and Monique headed there under the guise of participating in a motorbike race near Cairo.

(Team America#8) – Monique met Team America in Cairo, where they were preparing for another race. She introduced herself, but did not mention her own racing status. She flirted with Wolf the whole time, getting him to reveal that he would be racing for the team. During the time trials, she pulled ahead of the other racers, Wolf included. When she passed Wolf, she made sure to wave to him, an act that enraged the former biker and caused him to push his engine too hard, burning it out as a result.

Later in the day, Monique showed up and revealed to the team that she was the driver in question. She left smiling at Wolf’s display of anger. In the actual race, Monique outperformed all the other racers, Wolf included. Winning, she disappeared, reappearing some time later with a battered Honcho in her jeep. She congratulated the team for their performance, and let it slip to Honcho that at best his actions set her back a week. She cheerfully drove off and left the team reflecting on their loss.
