History:
(Iron Man IV#11 (fb) - BTS) - The famous scientist Ho Yinsen took on a military contract to develop his weapons. He was eventually imprisoned in an Afghani prison camp, where he ended up implanting a control device in the brain of inventor Anthony Stark, who would eventually become Iron Man. Eventually, the men who had had this control device implanted, Dennis Kellard, Ara Tanzerian, Zakim Karzai, Aftaab Lemar, and Karim Mahwash Najeeb, ordered Yinsen to be killed. They then hired Andrei Gorlovich to find the sending unit that would allow them to control Stark, which Yinsen had hid in his home. Gorlovich snuck into the house and murdered Mrs. Yinsen, not knowing that her young son was watching from the shadows. Years later, Yinsen's son obtained the sending unit and planned to force Iron Man to murder each of the men who had caused Ho's death.
(Iron Man IV#7) - In London, Yinsen came up from the subway, stopping to stab a man who looked suspiciously at him, then went into a café. He utilized the sending unit, implementing the Execute Program, and forced Iron Man to murder Andrei Gorlovich in Sofia, Bulgaria. Later, from a theater bathroom, Yinsen ordered Iron Man to kill Dennis Kellard, who was just boarding a flight at an international airport.
(Iron Man IV#8) - Iron Man killed Kellard, crashing the plane and killing hundreds of others as well. Yinsen then had Iron Man kill Ara Tanzerian in Cali, Colombia.
(Iron Man IV#9) - Still in London, Yinsen activated the Execute Program again and ordered Stark to kill Karzai and Lemar in southern Iraq. For the first time, he allowed Iron Man to retain his memories of the murders.
(Iron Man IV#10) - Yinsen took his equipment to the peace summit where Kareem Mahwash Najeeb was going to speak.
(Iron Man IV#11) - After Najeeb started his speech, Yinsen ordered his death and then Yinsen sought to flee while the security forces scrambled. He was shocked when Stark approached him, having managed to escape the armor, which was the only thing being controlled. Yinsen quickly programmed the key words “Gao Yao” into Stark's brain, allowing Yinsen to trigger all of Stark's pain receptors when the words were spoken. After explaining some of his plot, Yinsen disabled the sending unit and told Stark that if anything were to happen to Yinsen, a dead-man's switch in Stark's brain would be activated, sending more armored units on widespread destruction missions. Yinsen was then shockingly shot and killed by a SHIELD agent.
(Iron Man IV#12) - Stark managed to stop all of his armored units, which had been activated by Yinsen's dead-man's switch. The sending unit was destroyed.
