History:

(Daredevil vs. Punisher#4) - A Harvard graduate, Thomas Wynn, an employee of the criminal courts building, met with Matt Murdock to discuss the Professor's manipulation of the Salamanca prison facility. Wynn promised to look into it. Wynn, who was in cahoots with the Professor and Hammerhead and had been taking payoffs from them, was later killed by the Punisher. Wynn was survived by his wife, Rachel, and his two sons, Thomas, age 24, and Charles, age 19.
