History:
(X-Men Unlimited I#5) - Vivali commanded the starship , which with other starships pursued the Silver Surfer for his supposed involvement in the destruction of the planet Zenn-La. One ship fired on the Silver Surfer and ended up destroying themselves. The Silver Surfer drained the power from the other ships' weapons systems, then boarded Vivali's ship. Vivali furiously denied surrendering and revealed to the Silver Surfer why they were after him. Silver Surfer departed, and Vivali immediately reported this to Lilandra.
