(Avengers I#231) - Created by the Plantman to defeat the Avengers, the “Tree-Creature” crushed artillery, shrugged off Thor’s lightning bolts, and squashed She-Hulk under its foot. When the Avengers managed to topple it, Captain Marvel zapped off chunks of the creature, which became smaller wooden attackers that fought She-Hulk. “Tree-Creature” was destroyed when Captain Marvel set fire to it and Starfox’s ship exploded into it.
