History:

(Daredevil I#301 (fb) - BTS) - A smalltime drug dealer working for the Kingpin, Thomas “Trainwreck” Miller, given his name due to his tendency to leave damage in his wake, associated with several criminals at the Hawk Hill Social Club. Miller decided to sell on his own after Daredevil (Matt Murdock) took the Kingpin down. Miller was approached by the psychotic Owl, who ordered Miller to pay cuts to the Owl or face the consequences.

(Daredevil I#301) - Rather than turn his profits over to the Owl, Miller chose to swallow his drugs in baggies and keep them in his own form until he could get away. He was attacked by Daredevil as he swallowed the last baggy, accidentally biting down on it and getting himself high on crack cocaine. Daredevil knocked Miller to the street, where Miller jumped on the hood of a taxi and ordered the driver to get out of the vehicle. Daredevil leapt on the cab, so Miller opened fire and the hero barely yanked the driver to safety. Miller tried escaping in the cab but discovered the steering wheel had been jerked loose. Trying to escape, he fired on Daredevil multiple times and managed to run into an abandoned building. The Owl attacked him there and Miller grabbed a spiked stick to defend himself. He slashed to the Owl, whose robotic legs weren’t hurt. The Owl killed Miller, slashing him open from throat to groin in order to steal his drugs. Daredevil soon found the body.
