Powers/Abilities/Functions: The Starwheel was a massive device with large red tentacles and the capability of sending out red force bubbles that the tentacles attached to. The bubbles could turn transparent and engulf over its target before turning solid. The Starwheel would then absorb the attacks, whether mystical, cosmic, or physical, and turn it against the captive. Once the captive was stored aboard the Starwheel, it could utilize the captive as a power battery, channeling its power into other Kree devices, such as the Pacifiers.
(Defenders II#8 (fb)) - A powerful device utilized by the Kree/Ruul, the Starwheel was wielded by Commander Tar-Vash to capture the cosmic-powered Silver Surfer on the plant Yang.
(Defenders II#8) - Tar-Vash wielded the Starwheel in his battle against the Defenders (Dr. Strange, Hulk (Banner), Sub-Mariner) and it powered it channeled Silver Surfer's cosmic power into the smaller Pacifier units on the planet Trellnax-3. The Starwheel itself contained the three Defenders in force bubbles that absorbed their strength, even Dr. Strange's spells, preventing them from escape. Tar-Vash planned on using them as more batteries for the Starwheel's powers and taunted the Defenders as they tried to get out. However, this angered Hulk, whose powers increased enough to escape. His powerful blow caused feedback that destroyed the entire Starwheel.

Starwheel has no known connections to
(Defenders II#8) - General Tar-Vash led his Kree/Ruul forces against the Defenders (Doctor Stephen Strange, Hulk (Bruce Banner), Sub-Mariner) and the Toad Men, who called the Pacifiers Walking Whompers. The enemies destroyed many of the Pacifiers before the Starwheel channeled the Power Cosmic through the Pacifiers. The Defenders soon managed to destroy the Starwheel and defeat the Kree/Ruul.
The Pacifiers were large machines with long legs and several guns with various types of artillery. With large screens portraying the face of their riders, the Pacifiers could channel other types of power, such as the Power Cosmic, when fed the power by the Starwheel.
