History:
(Daredevil I#176) - Bilge and Shiv were out in the rain when they saw Daredevil run by and slip. Wondering if his powers were on the fritz, Bilge drew a gun to shoot the hero, but Elektra walked behind them and killed both thieves with her Sais. Shiv somehow survived.
(Daredevil I#185) - Shiv, Louie, and Filch were among Kingpin's men who were ordered to steal an isotope after blowing up a boat on the docks. Kingpin checked in with them, but Daredevil (Matt Murdock) swiftly defeated the villains.
