History:
(Daredevil I#185) - Shiv, Louie, and Filch were among Kingpin's men who were ordered to steal an isotope after blowing up a boat on the docks. Kingpin checked in with them, but Daredevil (Matt Murdock) swiftly defeated the villains.
(Daredevil I#187) - Sweaty Tex and Louie attacked Daredevil in the street until a patron helped stop them, allowing Daredevil to get an edge on them.
(Daredevil I#190) - While Louie was waiting for Lucas to relieve him of guard duty for the Kingpin, Lucas was shot and killed by an assassin.
