History:
(Cable and Deadpool#11 (fb) - BTS) - Rabbi Rosen moved to Providence, Cable's artificial island.
(Cable and Deadpool#11) - Rabbi Rosen discussed Cable's resurrection with Prester John and Irene Merryweather over coffee.
(Cable and Deadpool#13) - Rosen, Irene and Prester John discovered the body of Haji Bin Barat, a notorious terrorist and resident of Providence. Rosen stood by while Deadpool inspected the crime scene and joined Prester John in locating Deadpool during his amateur investigation.
(Cable and Deadpool#23) - Rosen joined Irene, Prester John and Johann Kriek in meeting Gareb Bashur, former criminal technopath and newly appointed head of surveillance.

Rabbi Rosen's position as leader of Providence's Jewish community was revealed in Marvel Atlas#1.
It's unrevealed if Rosen survived the Hecatomb attack from X-Men II#198-199 and was safely evacuated from Providence (as seen in Cable and Deadpool#41).
